职位描述

1. Assist in daily store operation support to ensure efficient and smooth operational processes. 2. Follow up on store operational data, assist in analysis, and propose improvement recommendations. 3. Coordinate internal and external resources to support store openings, renovations, and optimization projects. 4. Assist in developing and implementing store operation standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). 5. Collect store feedback and drive timely resolution and closed-loop management

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Retail, Management, or related fields preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or store operations. 3. Familiar with store operation processes with basic data analysis skills. 4. Strong communication, coordination, and execution abilities. 5. Able to adapt to the Kuwait City work environment with good English communication skills.
