What We’re Looking For Strong spreadsheet skills and confidence working with data. SQL is a plus. Good understanding of systems, configurations, and operational processes. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong follow-through. Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and trackers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in business operations, sales
