1. Align closely with business strategies and Hong Kong market dynamics to formulate talent planning, manpower reserve and recruitment strategies. 2. 任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with strong integrity and professionalism. 2. Proficient in both English and Chinese for daily work. 3. Quick learner with strong execution ability, capable of summarizing and applying effective problem-solving methods rapidly. 4. Prior recruitment experience across at least two job families (sales, marketing, function, tech) is preferred. 5. Headhunting / executive search background is a strong plus.
