- Education: Full-time international MBA required. We seek candidates who have completed or are completing a full-time MBA program, bringing a global perspective and the academic foundation to lead in a complex, fast-growing market. - Background: Experience in consulting, finance, tech, fast-moving consumer goods, or management trainee programs is a strong fit. Candidates from outside the industry with demonstrated high potential are equally welcome. - Language: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
