Project Governance & Oversight Establish and enforce organization-wide project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery Conduct regular project health checks and audits to identify risks and ensure PMO compliance Build and maintain a centralized portfolio dashboard providing real-time visibility into project status, milestones, and dependencies 2. Basic Requirements： Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO operations, with hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects Proven experience in establishing or optimizing PMO frameworks, processes, and governance structures Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience in a matrixed organization preferred
