任职要求

1. 5+ years in category operation management or e-commerce operations — grocery/quick-commerce experience a strong plus 2. Strong local market understanding: in-depth understanding of Saudi consumer habits, seasonal demands and local shops 3. Data-driven mindset: pricing analysis, promo performance, assortment efficiency, margin math 4. Detail-oriented without losing the big picture 5. Self-starter comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment 6. Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
