Support the Business Development function by driving merchant-related operational improvement initiatives. Act as a bridge between Business Development, merchants, and internal supporting functions including Product, Delivery Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant teams. Collect merchant and business feedback, identify operational pain points, and translate them into clear action points or requirements for internal teams. 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in merchant operations, business operations, product operations, marketplace operations, business development, or a related field. Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken. Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
